• Location Data (Geo-Fencing & Attendance Tracking): We collect precise location data only when you explicitly interact with the attendance check-in/check-out buttons to perform geo-fenced attendance logging. We do not track or collect location data in the background or when the app is closed/not in active use.
• Camera Access: We request access to your device camera to allow you to capture a live profile picture or photograph physical documents required for your employer's record submission.
• Device Storage / Media Access: We request permission to access your device storage/photos solely to enable you to select and upload existing photographs, receipts, or HR-related documents from your device.
• Personal & Employment Information: Our mobile application acts as a secure client portal for your enterprise HR system. Personal information (such as name, employee ID, and contact details) is retrieved and displayed securely from cloud-based servers. Personal data is not saved locally on your mobile device storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the accessed permissions and data strictly for legitimate operational and HR management purposes, including:

• Verifying location during user-initiated attendance check-ins (Geo-Fencing).
• Updating user profile images and managing document uploads.
• Displaying employee attendance, leave, and workplace details securely via our cloud platform.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We respect your data privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information or device data with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics vendors.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data transmitted between the HRMS-EMS application and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted using standard secure protocols (HTTPS/SSL). We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard user information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention & Account/Data Deletion Requests

We retain employee data as directed by your employer or organization for standard HR compliance purposes. If you wish to request the deletion of your account or personal data associated with the app, please contact your organization's HR administrator or email our privacy team directly at support@hrservice65.co.in. We will process data deletion requests in coordination with your employing organization.
